I subscribed to the monthly autoship of the 1000mg cbd oil and my dogs were doing great on it, then for some reason I was sent 1500 mg, my dogs threw up several times after giving this to them. When I reached out to ask why the mg changed and to inform your company of the adverse reaction my dogs had, I was told that it was always the 1500 mg product and that the packaging had just been changed. I’m sorry, but this is absurd, everything about the 1500mg product was different. The color, the smell, everything! I felt that your company or at least the representative that responded to me didn’t care and didn’t acknowledge my concern. I have cancelled my subscription. I hope this helps you coach your customer service representatives and they will show more concern for your customers and their fur babies.
I started my Bulldog on Lions Mane twice a day. It has made a difference for her anxiety and noise phobias. She seems much less reactive to sudden noises etc.. and a lot more herself again. Wiggly and Happy again. We are so grateful and will continue to add it to her bowl.
